How it works:
- Anyone aged 17 or older can register as a user or volunteer.
- Calls are matched based on timezone and language during daytime hours. The average wait time is approximately 15 seconds.
- Once a call is answered, a live one-way video (with two-way audio) is initiated, enabling volunteers or company representatives to see what is in front of the user's camera and provide verbal guidance.
