Sign up to receive free visual support for tasks such as reading small print, coordinating outfits, troubleshooting technology, setting up home appliances, and many other simple tasks that can be completed through live video assistance from a volunteer. If the task is too complex or requires expertise, you can opt to connect with one of our company partners who can provide on-demand video customer support through our Specialized Help service.

If you have the ability to see and want to make a difference, join as a volunteer and answer calls from those in need. Tasks typically take just a few minutes to complete, but if you're unable to respond, don't worry—someone else will take care of it.

How it works:

1. Anyone aged 17 or older can register as a user or volunteer.
2. Calls are matched based on timezone and language during daytime hours. The average wait time is approximately 15 seconds.
3. Once a call is answered, a live one-way video (with two-way audio) is initiated, enabling volunteers or company representatives to see what is in front of the user's camera and provide verbal guidance.
