If you have the ability to see and want to make a difference, join as a volunteer and answer calls from those in need. Tasks typically take just a few minutes to complete, but if you're unable to respond, don't worry—someone else will take care of it.

How it works:

Anyone aged 17 or older can register as a user or volunteer.
Calls are matched based on timezone and language during daytime hours. The average wait time is approximately 15 seconds.
Once a call is answered, a live one-way video (with two-way audio) is initiated, enabling volunteers or company representatives to see what is in front of the user's camera and provide verbal guidance.
